Northwest Academy Girls exists to close the gap between grassroots football and the professional pathway. We offer an academy‑level experience for talented players who strive for the professional environment and want to take the next step in their development.
 

We support — not replace — local grassroots clubs. Our aim is to strengthen players’ understanding of the game and elevate their technical skills while they continue representing their home clubs.
 

Our training programme includes specialist sessions across all positions, from goalkeeping to attacking play, delivered by UEFA‑qualified coaches and former professional players.​

Alongside our weekly Centre of Excellence, players can take part in our annual international tours. Selected squads face professional academies and have the option to join forces with our US partners, Queen City Mutiny FC.

 

We also work closely with QCM in North Carolina to offer pathway opportunities for players interested in exploring future football development in the United States.
